Sensuous Christmas Hamper Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
December 2024Promoter:The promoter of this competition is Sensuous, operating under the brand "Sensuous" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promoter").
Eligibility:This competition is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization.
Competition Period:The competition begins on 12am 28/11/2024 and ends on 11.59pm 17/12/2024. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.
Entry Requirements:a. To enter, participants must send through their video of "Mistletoe Mischief" during the competition period. Videos of "Mistletoe Mischief submitted should reflect individuals versions of "Mistletoe Mischief" in line with the videos that Sensuous has used to promote this competition b. Videos containing explicit content, X-rated material, nudity, or vulgar themes will not be accepted. c. Every video entrant will earn a chance to win 1of 5 Sensuous Christmas Hamper valued at $200. (One prize per person) d. Entries can be submitted via competitions@sensuous.com.au or via social media and must contain the hashtags #misteltoemischief #sensuous
Prize Details:a. The prize is one (1) Sensuous Hamper valued at AUD $200.b. The hamper includes a curated selection of Sensuous products, subject to availability and may vary slightly from promotional images.c. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.
Winner Selection:a. Winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants.b. The draw for all 5 hampers will take place on 18th December 2024 and winners will be notified via email/phone/social media immediately after.c. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize.
Marketing and Publicity:By entering this competition, participants agree to allow the Promoter to use their first name and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
Liability:a. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.b. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or fail to reach the Promoter for any reason.
Personal Data:Any personal data collected during the course of this competition will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and for the purpose of administering this competition.
